Our advice when buying from retail is to have your feet measured by an Altberg trained boot fitter.
Our advice when buying mail order is:
A. If you believe you have a medium/wide foot go up ½ size on normal shoe/boot size.
B. If you believe you have a narrow foot stay with your existing shoe/boot size.
Providing the boots supplied by mail order are returned to us in new condition, unworn, complete with packaging, we are happy to refund/credit or exchange (NB not including postage).

Environment
All Altberg boot materials and components are made in their Yorkshire factory or sourced from the nearest European supplier to minimise the impact of transport on the environment & eco systems.

Sustainability
All Altberg boots can be resoled at the Yorkshire factory on the original lasts. Sustainable boots that consume less environmental resources.

Packaging
All packaging & literature used with Altberg boots uses paper & card produced from sustainable managed forests and is guaranteed chlorine free.
